1. Injection material
The injection molding process is to melt the plastic rice (mainly PC, plastic steel, TR), and inject it into the mold for cooling.
The advantages are high dimensional stability of the whole batch, fast processing speed, and low overall cost.
The disadvantage is that most of them are painted on the surface, which is not wear-resistant and easy to fade, and the paint layer is easy to peel off.
Mainly include the following categories:
A.PC material
It is the material once called “space film”, and it is bulletproof glass over 10mm.
B.Ultem material
Advantages: Strength and surface hardness are better than TR. Flexibility is slightly lower than TR and higher than PC. Lightweight. Because of its high strength, it can be made into a very thin ring shape, and it can make an ultra-fine frame that is closest to a metal frame. Of course, there are not many companies that have mastered this technology. The surface paint has higher adhesion.
Disadvantages: The surface has a matte texture, which requires painting treatment, which requires high painting technology. After painting, frames that are not technical enough will cause the frames to be brittle.
C.Carbon fiber material
Advantages: light texture, high strength, high temperature resistance, and unique texture on the surface.
Disadvantages: Large bending and easy to break.
